Situated in County Sligo and close to the Mayo border, 7th Wave Surf School is found on lovely Enniscrone Beach. The sandy strand has more than 3km of excellent surfing conditions suitable for the novice and intermediate surfer. The surf school caters for all, from those trying surfing for the first time, to those wishing to improve. Surfing lessons and coaching are available in a safe and enjoyable environment with surfboards and wetsuits provided. Choose from individual or group lessons. Or what about taking part in an all women’s surf weekend or their kids surfing camps for juniors. All coaches at 7th Wave Surf School are ISA qualified and RLSS beach lifeguards. Enniscrone is an attractive seaside town providing ample accommodation to suit all budgets. It has a variety of pubs, restaurants and other amenities and has a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. The surrounding area also has plenty to keep you entertained when you’re off the water. Choose from horse riding, hiking mountains like Benbulben and Knocknarea, or cycling in the area. Or a visit to the heritage town of Sligo, with its Yeats and famine memorials, might be in order.
