Cycle Sperrins – guided and self-guided bike tour

Guided tours are from 1 to 4 days in duration and help you explore the variety and colour in the Sperrins range. Self-guided facilities include a dedicated cycle touring map with key locations, information on where to stay as well as a support and transfer service included in the price. Bike hire prices start from £50 per person per day guided, and £25 per person per day self-guided. Family and multi-day deals are available. Packaged accommodation and food can be included. Established by award winning adventure company Far and Wild, it is run as part of a wider Sperrins Cycle Consortium comprising a range of community-based accommodation, food and micro-enterprises. The project has achieved a Spark Award from UnLtd, the UK's leading provider of support to social entrepreneurs, and 2017 Best Tour at the Belfast Telegraph NI Year of Food and Drink Awards. The area of the Sperrins is an historic landscape, with archeological evidence of settlement dating back to the Neolithic period (4000-6000BC). Stone circles, wedge tombs, standing stones and ogham (early Irish alphabet) stones pepper the landscape.
