See what Ireland has in store for you
Irish jewellery designer Martina Gillan founded The Cat and The Moon retail outlet in 1989. The craft boutique in Sligo town, County Sligo features a luxurious selection of their distinctive collection of silver and gold jewellery which is made by hand in their studio in Sligo, glass, ceramics, textiles, furniture and handcrafts exclusively made in Ireland. Their studio workshop is located to the rear of the premises and visitors are welcome to visit by appointment and meet the makers. Their products are also available in select outlets in Ireland, EU, US and Canada. The Fine Art Gallery located on the first floor is host to monthly exhibitions promoting young Irish Artists. Further details can be found on their website. The Cat and The Moon website offers customers an easy way to purchase gifts for themselves or someone special. On request they will happily gift-wrap or include a gift card for that special occasion. In addition to their collections Martina also creates unique pieces of jewellery in silver, gold and platinum, by commission, for weddings, special occasions and corporate customers.
