You never know, next time you watch the big name senior squads in action, some of the stars on the pitch may well have started out in this fantastic competition!
The emergence of talent draws scouts from numerous clubs. Some of those who’ve moved on to stardom include David Beckham, Paul Scholes, Ryan Giggs and Steve Staunton.
