Fairyhouse Food & Wine School

Billie O’Shea and her team offer a wide range of courses at the modern purpose built facility located in Co. Meath and only 15 minutes from nearby Castleknock. With a friendly approach to teaching hands-on cookery and with a variety of themes to choose from at the one day workshops, you’re sure to be inspired. Their cookery demonstrations provide tips and advice on easy cooking methods and recipe ideas in a relaxed and friendly environment. So whether you’re a gourmet cook, a novice in the kitchen or simply looking for new ideas, they have a course to suit anyone. The school also caters for children and runs a variety of courses to suit the younger chef. They run a number of seasonally themed ‘Cook Camps’ and their summer camp, the ‘F’ Camp which promotes ‘food, fitness and fun’.
